How Does it Work?
We work together in a series of 3 weekly tele-meetings a month over a 3-month period. That’s a total of 9 meetings. At the end of 3 months, if you choose, we can continue in the same format, or move to twice a month sessions over the next 3 months.
Clients find that regularly scheduled telephone appointments enable them to plan and prioritize their own needs while fitting coaching more easily into a busy life. If you find you would rather meet in-person we can certainly look at that.
